Client sold residence in July 2015.  Her husband used home office from 1995-2009 while being self employed.  He went out of business in 2009 year.  He died in 2013 year.  Does his wife need to recapture depreciation from home office from May 6, 1997 to 2009?  I don't believe she does.  Where do I find this in writing?  Thanks.  BillCPA
